Mary
Harnett and her husband Maurice have lovingly restored this beautiful
Kerry Manor House to the highest standards to provide their guests
with luxurious lodgings in a beautiful and unique setting.
Reception rooms are welcoming, spacious, stylish and comfortable
with open fires to warm the spirit. Stacks of books, maps and daily
newspapers, fresh flowers and soft wool rugs on richly polished
wood floors make Coolclogher Manor House a welcome respite and a
delightful alternative to the many 'typical' hotels in Kerry. At
Coolclogher House you can read for hours undisturbed, wander in
the secluded gardens or let your mind drift away whilst enjoying
the magestic landscape of the 'Ring of Kerry'.
A huge specimen camellia, more than 170 years old, forms the centre-piece
of the Victorian Conservatory and is a unique reminder of Coolclogher
Manor House's historic past - for generations Cooclogher Manor House
has welcomed visitors to Kerry.
Each of the manor's guest bedrooms are spacious and elegantly appointed
with wonderful views of the Kerry lakes and mountains. Modern beds
and mattresses fitted with pristine egyptian cotton bedlinen, private
ensuite bathrooms, mounds of soft white towels, central heating
and lashings of hot water ensure guests every comfort is catered
for.
